Poto

Building an electronic money system.

Contributed to the design and construction of the information systems behind Poto, an electronic money product operated inside a regulated environment: accounts, wallets, balances, transaction rules, reconciliation, control and traceability.

Design and implementation of a system able to hold electronic money and account for its movements.

Turning search demand into a national marketplace.

A national digital platform in passenger road transport: SEO architecture, quote generation, qualification, matching and automated distribution of demand to providers.

System 03 R&D / cryptography

Private electronic voting

Exploring cryptography for verifiable and privacy-preserving voting.

Joint research on eligibility, ballot secrecy, unlinkability, duplicate-participation prevention and public verifiability. The cryptographic construction is a collaborator’s design; this site contributes the systems reading and the operational questions around it.

Systems builder. Fintech, AI, cryptography, digital platforms.

I build digital systems where technology, regulation and trust have to hold together at the same time.

That work spans electronic money and payment infrastructure, compliance tooling and regulatory reporting, artificial intelligence applied inside controlled environments, digital platforms at national scale, and research on privacy-preserving cryptography.

At Mon Ami Poto I contributed to the design and construction of the information systems behind Poto, an electronic money product, and to the technical and operational work surrounding an electronic money institution under ACPR supervision.

Alongside that, I build and operate a portfolio of digital platforms at national scale with AlphaOscar, including a passenger transport marketplace carrying tens of millions of euros of annual quote demand. Those are joint work, not a solo record.

I contribute to research on privacy-preserving electronic voting as well. The cryptographic construction there is a collaborator’s design rather than mine, and the credit for it is theirs; what I bring is the systems reading of it.

The through line: complex systems become valuable when the engineering, the operation, the regulation and the trust model are designed together rather than in sequence.
